friendly managers gluten-free meals beautiful scenery
The restaurant service included friendly managers and waiters. They accommodated a child's special diet. they prepared buckwheat and gluten-free meals. the restaurant offers a beautiful view of both the sea and the lake! the housekeeping was good! the room was cleaned daily. The hotel scenery is beautiful.
the resort is massive, and i found people constantly tried to sell trips or massages, slightly annoying.

attentive staff excellent service loud air conditioning currency restriction
the staff at the reception were very attentive. mr abdelhamed, particularly, was very helpful and kind! also, the restaurant staff provided excellent service. the comfortable stay is appreciated.
The hotel air conditioning was quite loud, a minor annoyance. the activities available seemed to primarily deal in foreign currencies. diving, for example, did not accept local currency. This presented an inconvenience.

roped area cheap spirits
The beach access was a real disappointment. A large section was roped off for 'd club' members only. i felt unwelcome when i found the main beach bar had become exclusive, leaving those of us with the basic all-inclusive package to use a small kiosk with limited seating and overworked staff. the drink options were also a letdown. the local spirits tasted cheap, and sugar-free soft drinks were scarce.

beautiful reef airport proximity
the location had many pools and a very beautiful coral reef. it was near the airport, though i did not hear any aeroplanes.
The hotel did not cater to english guests that well. I felt italian and russian guests took priority.

no response lack of communication
the beach was really good LIKE no other.
i was planning a family vacation and sent emails to ask questions. unfortunately, i received NO response to two consecutive emails despite my polite requests. the LACK of communication gives the impression of inattentiveness to potential guests.
